一、介電強度測定儀適用范圍及功能
介電擊穿強度試驗儀, 主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質(zhì)）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷旱臏y試。
介電擊穿強度試驗儀,由電腦控制，通過我公司自主研發(fā)的全新智能數(shù)字集成電路系統(tǒng)與軟件控制系統(tǒng)兩部分來完成，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。
可實時動態(tài)繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，修改，打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)。

1、本儀器在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成，試驗結(jié)束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。
2、可以隨時調(diào)取當(dāng)前及歷史試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行查看，編輯及修改實驗結(jié)果。
3、試驗過程中可以隨時修改試驗條件及存儲路徑及自動存儲試驗結(jié)果。
4、試驗過程中，可隨時通過軟件決定本次試驗是否有效，方便篩選試驗結(jié)果。
5、可對軟件設(shè)置密碼，生成密碼保護，做到專機專人操作，避免無關(guān)人員誤操作。

四、介電強度測定儀設(shè)備安全說明：

1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

2、該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
